On arrival at the delivery address our driver will knock or ring the bell and will then step away to a safe distance. The driver will ask for their name, record ‘Accepted at Delivery Point’ into their scanner and take a photo of the premises confirming delivery. We will continue to review our delivery and collection processes through these challenging times and will keep everyone updated via our websites. If an item is unfortunately damaged within transit we will require notification within 3 working days of the delivery date. If an item has not arrived we will also require notification within 7 working days of the order being placed. This is to ensure a case can be opened into the issue and any requests that are made after these dates will unfortunately be rejected.
